We have held several open meetings where we invited members of the general public to come and find out more about and be a part of our Cultural Strategy. We have been at Grit Studios, at Piccolino's in Bramhall and The Forum Theatre in Romiley. We also had meetings in Arc within The Hatworks, and The Savoy Cinema, Heaton Moor.

We now have an updated strategy following an evaluation of the projects which have been suggested during the open meetings.

On Thursday 10th November, GMCA Culture & Creative Team will be holding a networking event - Stockport Social: Creative Culture & Music Mixer. Come and talk about any events, work or projects you have going on. There will also be potential offers of support, signposting and advice. This event will be held at the local venue, BASK with some light refreshments, drinks and entertainment from a local artist.
